IST has a close partnership with ‘Het Stedelijk Lyceum Secondary School’, also in Enschede . This comprehensive school currently offers a Dutch and bilingual programme according to the Dutch curriculum.
During 2008/2009 Het Stedelijk will be joining the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, after which they will be joining the IB Diploma Programme.
Plans are in progress to attach a secondary department to the International School Twente in August 2009, organised by Het Stedelijk Lyceum, Enschede.
