International School Twente offers international education for children aged 4-12.

International School Twente has its residence in Enschede, one of the cities within the Twente region (in the eastern part of The Netherlands, close to the German border and the city of Münster). 

Thanks to funding from the Dutch government the IST will be able to provide high quality international education without extremely high school fees.

IST will be using the International Primary Curriculum as its core curriculum.In our opinion the IPC promotes the integration of essential skills, values and attitudes across all program areas. Our curriculum also builds a solid foundation in English literacy and numeracy. Further, all subjects are enhanced by the use of innovative technology.

IST wants to offer a caring community in which each child feels valued. We believe it is essential to create an environment in which individual self-esteem flourishes. We want to meet the concerns of international children.Close cooperation with the Dutch department of Prinseschool will help children integrate more easily.  We promote intercultural understanding, tolerance and respect.
