International School Twente has its residence in the city of Enschede, one of the cities within the Twente region (close to other cities as Hengelo and Almelo).
  
The Twente region is  situated in the eastern part of The Netherlands, close to the German border. It is close to the city of Münster.

The Twente region as a region which is economically quickly developing with international companies such as Grolsch, Thales, Eaton, TKH, Hitec, Sensata, Urenco and others. In the region there is a university (Twente University with its famous International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation) and many other educational institutions such as the higher vocational schools Saxion and Edith Steijn. 

International School Twente is located at Staringstraat 15 in Enschede, in one of the school buildings of the Dutch Prinseschool Staringstraat is about 500 meters from Enschede Central train and bus station.
